Our Vision

The products we curate are more than what's inside the bottle. They carry exceptional ingredients, distinctive character, and an unmistakably authentic taste.

We pursue excellence in everything we do — while making a meaningful positive impact on the planet and on society. Our commitment to social and environmental responsibility is the foundation on which every lasting brand is built.

Our vision

Our Ambition

Make EcoWineLink the preferred procurement platform for premium wine and spirits experiences globally.

Every wine and spirit we select is deeply rooted in history and local terroir. They blend authenticity with innovation, forge deep bonds with consumers, and create moments rich in culture and romance.

Our ambition

The Board of Directors brings together individuals with complementary backgrounds and skills, overseeing EcoWineLink's governance with a commitment to ethics and transparency — respecting the interests of the company, shareholders, and all stakeholders. The Board meets at least four times per year, chaired by the Chairman & CEO, who reports to the Annual General Meeting.

General management is led by the Chairman & CEO, supported by the Executive Committee — the permanent body responsible for coordinating and guiding the Group, translating Board direction into strategic objectives and driving overall Group performance.

Our Role in Society

Our purpose is to create moments of shared enjoyment. We believe that when consumed responsibly, our products bring pleasure and bring people together. Conviviality is, at its heart, a matter of personal and collective responsibility — excessive drinking has no place in it.

Alcohol & Health

We actively participate in global public discussions on responsible consumption and support the WHO's non-communicable disease prevention programmes. We have a responsibility to educate those who choose to drink about the risks of excessive or inappropriate consumption.

Alcohol is not for everyone. Minors, pregnant women, and anyone advised by a medical professional should not drink. Drivers should comply with local blood-alcohol limits — we believe the most responsible choice is not drinking before driving at all.

We acknowledge that frequent heavy drinking is associated with certain diseases, including some types of cancer. Excessive drinking — particularly binge drinking — causes harm and has no place in the responsible enjoyment of our products.

Responsible consumption

Marketing & Self-Regulation

Irresponsible consumption or inappropriate advertising can cause harm — to individuals, to society, and to the industry. EcoWineLink maintains strong self-regulatory commitments in all markets, with particular focus on digital channels and preventing minors from exposure to advertising.

All our lobbying is conducted openly, transparently, and ethically — in full compliance with local laws, disclosure requirements, and our Code of Business Conduct. We engage with governments and industry associations to find solutions that protect consumers while supporting sustainable market growth.

Marketing and self-regulation

International Trade & Taxation

Trade liberalisation promotes competition, supports economic prosperity and employment, and gives consumers more choice at lower cost. EcoWineLink monitors trade liberalisation opportunities in emerging markets, enforces strict low-carbon sourcing criteria across all procurement and logistics, promotes eco-friendly packaging at point of sale, and ensures full blockchain traceability throughout.

We oppose protectionism and non-tariff barriers — including import quotas, discriminatory licensing, anti-competitive state enterprise behaviour, and burdensome labelling requirements that conflict with WTO rules. On taxation, we advocate for fair, proportionate, non-discriminatory, and sustainable fiscal policies that support a level playing field across the value chain without distorting markets or penalising moderate consumers.

Environment

100% of our raw materials are agricultural products sourced directly from nature. Responsible and sustainable environmental stewardship is therefore fundamental to everything we do. Climate change is the defining challenge of our generation — and combating it is the true priority of EcoWineLink's environmental policy.

On our path to climate and carbon neutrality, we collaborate with all stakeholders — farmers, logistics partners, distributors, and retailers — to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable food system. We believe this journey must be supported by public policy that enables companies to lead through collaboration, shared knowledge, and multi-stakeholder innovation.
